I have had the fortune to visit it several times over the past ten years and have recently discovered great literary treasures of Strasbourg through the writings of Voltaire and Goethe, who gave homage to the great architect of the Cathedral (see posts on frenchquest.com: “Goethe and the Strasbourg Cathedral”; “Voltaire in Strasbourg, A Philosophical Dictionary”). Thank you fo these wonderful pictures and rememberances!
