In reply to Jeannie.Actually, it's the PPG headquarters building, designed by Phillip Johnson and John Burgee. The Cathedral of Learning is in Oakland on the Univ of Pittsburgh campus; the PPG building is downtown (with plenty of other more modern skyscrapers!).
