I was in Gibraltar many years ago (when the border with Spain was still closed) and will be back there in a couple of weeks. This time I’m hoping to take in day trips to Spain and Tangier and to see how the place has changed since my last visit. I’ll definitely being taking your advice to hike up to the top of the rock, as I didn’t do that last time.
